The Mid-Week Walkers are an informal group of SBW members who have time to spare for mid-week activities (mostly retirees and some shift workers), some of which are shown on the Walks Program and some organised at short notice and advised by a monthly MWW newsletter.

These activities can include easy to medium walks, perhaps some cycling/canoeing or even a little bird watching as well. Partners and non-walkers are welcome to join us, particularly on the extended stay activities. There are no age limits or other restrictions on our participants.
